Fanciful Braidz Cancellation Policy.

+Deposits are only valid for 20 days, If you cancel and have to reschedule.

+If the service you booked requires a deposit and you can't keep your appointment, you have 20 days to reschedule. After 20 days, your deposit is invalid and non-refundable.

+Please be courteous with cancellations when things are in your control. I do understand that things are sometimes out of our control, but please contact me and update me immediately. This is my livelihood. I prefer to confirm scheduled appointments by call or text @ 414-488-5827.

+Please utilize my website to book your appointments. You can download the Wix app on both android and IPhone.

+Please do not use Facebook Messenger or Instagram to confirm an upcoming appointment.

+My website will send out an email confirmation containing your appointment details. Please select that  box option during booking!

+Please keep in in mind that all times are estimated. I took into consideration bathroom breaks (more so for the children) among a few other time factors. Some clients have more hair than others and others have a slightly larger head size. Please be mindful.

+FUN FACT: I am not a "Speed Braider." I take pride in the precision of my parts and the neatness of my work from start to finish. 

+Please take your time when booking to ensure that you are booking your desired style/ service. If you are an adult, Please book an adult style, as adult prices are priced higher in comparison to kid stylez.

+If you teen is 13 years of age or older, please book them under adult styles only!

+Please be mindful that I have a private suite in a very quiet and secured building. Please use your inside voices at all times. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and thank you for booking with me!
